Evangelium

Originally started as a mistake. I was talking to my pastor, when he misspoke and said "resurrection" on the topic of music themes. I used that as an idea, and decided to make a song based on the Resurrection of Christ.

The song has three "movements", if they're qualified to bear that name. The first is Patiendo, symbolizing the outpouring of God's wrath. The second is Sepulcrum, symbolizing the grave, and the seeming defeat. The third movement it Resurgere, the triumph of the resurrection. Between each movement is a transitional organ phrase.

I've also included some "arc numbers" in the details. The song is seven minutes long, and there are twelve instruments, not counting the transitions in organ.
